ICN and GPON for a landmark Sydney mixed-use precinct
Central Park DUO is a mixed-use development by Foster + Partners, located between Broadway and Regent Street as part of the Central Park masterplan in Sydney. The development features two adjacent buildings at the intersection of Broadway and Abercrombie Street, with new public spaces, retail plaza and heritage building integration extending the historic area of Chippendale.
Rinfras was engaged to design and deploy the Integrated Communication Network and GPON infrastructure serving the full development, from the retail podium through residential floors to the public realm.

Single-fibre GPON deployment delivering gigabit internet, VoIP and HD video to residential, retail and public space endpoints, with no active electronics between floors

Unified data, voice, AV, building automation and security on a single coherent platform across both towers and the shared podium
Heritage integration
ICN design accommodated the heritage buildings on-site, with infrastructure deployed sympathetically to architectural constraints
