Macquarie Park Building C & D — network install and modern server platform for Stockland
Full network installation plus a rebuilt server platform for Stockland's Macquarie Park development, migrating building services infrastructure onto a resilient Hyper-V cluster with Dell PowerStore direct-attached storage.

The Project
Network and server infrastructure for a major Stockland development
Stockland's Macquarie Park Building C & D development required full network installation services alongside a server infrastructure platform capable of supporting building services and various operational systems. Rinfras was engaged to deliver both the physical network and the underlying virtualisation platform.
What Rinfras Delivered
A modern Hyper-V platform on direct-attached PowerStore storage
Rinfras completed a full migration of the site's server environment from a 3-node VMware vCenter production cluster to a modern Microsoft Hyper-V platform hosted on Dell PowerEdge servers, with Dell PowerStore SAN configured as direct-attached storage. The result is a highly available, reliable and scalable 3-node Hyper-V cluster supporting the building's services platform and operational systems.
Network installation services
Full network build across Building C and D supporting tenant and building services connectivity
Dell PowerEdge server platform
3-node Hyper-V cluster built on Dell PowerEdge servers, replacing the previous VMware vCenter environment
PowerStore direct-attached SAN
Dell PowerStore configured as direct-attached storage, delivering enterprise storage performance without a separate SAN fabric
VMware licensing cost elimination
Migration away from VMware vCenter removed ongoing VMware licensing costs while preserving high availability
