ICT for a $1 billion enterprise campus built around Australia's largest bank
The Mirvac Australian Technology Park redevelopment in Eveleigh, inner-city Sydney, was one of Australia's most significant commercial development projects of the decade. Commissioned specifically to house the Commonwealth Bank of Australia's headquarters, the $1 billion project comprised three buildings. Buildings 1 and 2 feature the largest office floor plates in the country at 5,500 to 8,600 sqm, while Building 3 serves as CBA's community and childcare "pavilion building."
Rinfras was engaged to deliver the ICT network infrastructure across the development, a project requiring connectivity at enterprise scale for 10,000 employees across 93,000 sqm of commercial space.
