477 Pitt Street — full ICT fit-out for a 32-storey Sydney CBD office tower
ICN and GPON deployment across a whole-of-island commercial tower in Haymarket, connecting the lobby, retail, upper floors, rooftop terrace, heritage buildings and a curated tech community event space.

The Project
ICT for a whole-of-island commercial tower refurbishment
477 Pitt Street occupies a rare whole-of-island site to the south of Sydney CBD. The 32-storey office tower comprises lobby and associated retail spaces, upper level roof terrace, and three heritage listed buildings on the same site. The transformation refreshed the building's interior spaces, introduced new cladding to the existing façade, and established a new identity as home to a vibrant technology community.
Rinfras was engaged to design and deliver the full ICT infrastructure fit-out, from the lobby and retail through to upper floors, the rooftop terrace, the repurposed Australian Gaslight heritage building event zone, and all tenant areas.
