The Project
Technology for a next-generation urban precinct
Wesley Place at 130 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne, is one of the largest urban renewal projects in the city, creating a new, active precinct while retaining the Wesley Church's historic connection to the site. The development needed a technology platform capable of delivering what the client called a "frictionless workplace": smart building capability, high-level engagement across retail and public offerings, and one clear view of all building systems.
What Rinfras Delivered
A smart building integration platform built on hyperconverged infrastructure
Rinfras deployed Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI) as the integration platform for the Wesley Place development. This lets iViva IBMS (Intelligent Building Management System) technology operate alongside base-building indoor environment quality sensing, giving a single, complete view of the building's performance.
